The AT series Pneumatic Actuator features dual pistons driven by racks and pinions. Available in two models: Dual Acting and Spring Return, suitable for various environments including flammable, corrosive, dusty, strong magnetic field, radiation, and vibration conditions, both indoor and outdoor.
Applications
Ideal for auto-control in electric power, petrochemical, metallurgy, petroleum, gas, construction, drainage, chemical industry, oil refining, mining, power plants, architecture, medicine, food, gas, and scientific research.

AT Series Pneumatic Actuator Construction
- Indicator: Position indicator with NAMUR for easy mounting of accessories like limit switch boxes and positioners.
- Pinion: High-precision, integrative nickel alloy steel pinion, compliant with ISO5211, DIN3337, and NAMUR standards. Customizable dimensions with stainless steel options.
- Actuator Body: Extruded aluminum alloy ASTM6005, available with hard anodized, powder polyester painted (various colors), PTFE, or nickel-plated finishes.
- End Caps: Die-casting aluminum with powder polyester paint, PTFE, or nickel-plated options.
- Pistons: Twin rack pistons made from die-casting aluminum (hard anodized) or cast steel (galvanized). Symmetric mounting, long cycle life, and fast operation.
- Travel Adjustment: Two independent external travel stop adjustment bolts for precise 5° adjustments in both open and close directions.
- High Performance Springs: Preloaded coating springs made from high-quality corrosion-resistant materials, easily demountable for torque adjustments.
- Bearings & Guides: Low-friction, long-life compound material to prevent direct metal contact, ensuring easy maintenance and replacement.
- O-rings: NBR rubber for standard temperatures; viton or silicone for high/low temperature ranges.
