Pneumatic Actuator Construction
- Indicator: Position indicator with NAMUR for mounting accessories like Limit Switch box and positioner.
- Pinion: High-precision, integrative nickelled-alloy steel, conforming to ISO5211, DIN3337, NAMUR standards.
- Actuator Body: Extruded aluminum alloy ASTM6005 with options for hard anodized, powder polyester painted, PTFE or Nickel plated.
- Endcaps: Die-casting aluminum powder polyester painted in various colors, PTFE or Nickel plated.
- Pistons: Twin rack pistons made from Die-casting aluminum or Cast steel with galvanization.
- Travel adjustment: External travel stop adjustment bolts for ±5° adjustment at both open and close directions.
- High-performance springs: Preloaded coating springs resistant to corrosion with longer service life.
- Bearings & Guides: Low friction, long-life compound material to avoid direct metal contact.
- O-rings: NBR rubber for standard temperatures; Viton or Silicone for high/low temperature applications.
